Senior Pastor, David Sasse is a gifted speaker who is passionate about communicating the gospel. His versatility and profound content captures the attention of a wide spectrum of audiences.

One of the favorite ministries for Pastor David and wife LaHoma is in maximizing marriages. They met as two PK's and after building the relationship over a span of years they were married by their two Pastor fathers in Clovis, New Mexico in the 70's. They have two children, son Jon and wife Lisa, who are youth pastors in Murfreesburo, TN and daughter Krista, a gifted singer and song writer.

Pastor David felt the call of God and followed it here to Encinitas in 2001, where he became the senior pastor here at Coastal Christian Center. His heart is to see God move in North County, and to see people have a fire and passion for Christ.

Some of David's hobbies include fishing, bike riding, reading, and spending time with family.

Ministries coordinator, LaHoma Sasse is the ministries coordinator at Coastal Christian Center. She is also the director of women's ministry and is a leader on the CCC Worship and Music Arts team.

LaHoma has a passion for people, and has a dream of bringing the joy of God to everyone she meets! Over the years LaHoma has continued to work with women and married couples in prayer and counseling, and has been blessed to witness the power God heal broken lives and bring people back to a full and healthy life in Christ.

Born in Eastern New Mexico, LaHoma was raised by Godly parents. From a young age LaHoma felt the call of God on her life, and longed to be able to share the love of Christ with others. She met her husband David over 30 years ago and has been ministering with him ever since. She has two children, Jon and Krista, who are both married, and Jon has a daugher, Emery. LaHoma enjoys music and spending time with her family and friends.

Music Dierctor/Worship Co-leader, Michael Riddle is a gifted musician that has been involved in worship ministry for many years around the San Diego area and beyond. He lives in Oceanside and is a local San Diego business owner. Michael came to CCC through an amazing miracle of God and is an incredible addition to the CCC team and staff. He has a heart for true worship and an amazing love for people.

Worship Leader, Krista Hickmott is the worship leader at CCC. She is passionate about God and music, and believes in the importance of worshipping God in spirit and in truth! Krista has been a part of and leading worship teams for over 10 years in different groups and churches. She came here with her family (Pastor David and LaHoma) in 2001, and has been in love with Encinitas ever since. Krista heads up the volunteer program "Project Give" at CCC. She has a heart for giving and volunteer work, and wants to show the love of Christ through acts of kindness and caring.

Krista married her husband, Neil, in October of 2008. Some of her favorite things to do include playing music, watching movies, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
